Mandingo was one of the "founding "-stallions of Hengststation Jens Meyer. He has over 130 seccess in the ring up to advanced classes. Two of his sons have been licensed,including the Bundeschampionats participant in jumping Mandolito. Mandingo`s son Mogli won the 2003 young pony Bundeschampionat and came in seventh place in 2004. Also successfull in Warendorf were his offspring Glenda, Megabyte and the St.P.St.Manolita G. In 2009 his daugther Miss Lollypop was the ZfdP-Champion in the class of the "small german riding horse". His sire Marquis AA has over 15 licensed sons. His dam St.Pr.St.Melsene herself was participant at the Bundeschampionat. She later gave birth to the licensed stallions Valido`s Showman(by Valido) and Viersen(by Valido`s Boy). His dam`s sire Brilliant is the outstanding german pony stallion.Out of Mandingo`s family further resulted the licensed stallions Boytano, Nebelwind and Doc Man. Mandingo continues to be in the top 100 German pony stallions concerning the amount won by their offspring.
